Tucked away on a dead end street just a stones throw from Armadale station in Melbourne's inner east.

The cafes conscious ethical mission statement really got me excited and interested in checking the place out.

MINDFUL EATING

"Mindful eating is all about consuming the best possible healthy and organic fresh produce available. At Walk Don’t Run it means fresh ingredients are 100% organic, locally sourced and immaculately prepared.

We’ve focussed on incorporating superfoods into every dish, while not compromising on flavour. Drinks, too, are designed to lead you to healthier options."

Being a vegetarian I found it super easy to order. I found their menu super accomodating for mine and most other dietary requirements.

What I ordered:

Superfood breakfast (gf optional)

w/ kale, broccolini, spiced pumpkin, barley, green chilli + pepitas, alongside house-made life loaf with light cottage cheese + poached eggs.

I would recommend checking out walk don't run if you're looking for a place to pop in for a quick coffee or for something different to mix up the usual breakfast and lunch routine
